Who are we?
Welcome to Ruthless International, where bold ideas meet impactful action. As a pioneering social enterprise and consulting firm, we are dedicated to driving real change through innovation, collaboration, and purpose.
We are an intersectional social justice organisation committed to centring the voices, experiences, and leadership of those most impacted by systemic oppression—particularly young people, migrants, and marginalised communities.
Our work spans political education, advocacy, and transnational movement-building, with a focus on creating spaces that are emotionally grounded, radically inclusive, and rooted in care. We collaborate across borders and sectors to challenge colonial, capitalist, and patriarchal structures, while equipping communities with the tools to resist and reimagine.
Through our international programmes, workshops, and partnerships, we support the development of informed, resilient, and empowered changemakers—people who don’t just demand justice but live it in how they act, organise, and relate.

We have come together to co-design a short survey — and we’re inviting you to be part of shaping the future of events for diaspora and POC communities across the UK.
We’re thinking about hosting a series of gatherings that explore themes like identity, belonging, creativity, and community connection — but we don’t want to assume what’s needed.
Before we apply for funding or plan anything, we want to slow down and listen.
